This License Agreement describes the rights you receive when you purchase a Script from AM Scripts. It applies to every resource you buy and sits alongside our Terms of Service.
Grant of license
Subject to payment and continued compliance with this Agreement, AM Scripts grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Script on servers you own or operate. The license is tied to your purchasing account.
What you may do
- Install and run the Script on your own FiveM server(s) as described on its product page.
- Configure it, and — for resources sold as open source — edit the source for your own server's use.
- Receive lifetime updates for the resource you purchased.
What you may not do
- Redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, lease, or publish the Script or its source.
- Leak escrowed or open-source files publicly or to third parties.
- Remove or circumvent escrow, licensing, or attribution mechanisms.
- Claim ownership of the Script or present it as your own work.
Ownership
AM Scripts and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Scripts, including all intellectual property. This Agreement licenses use only and transfers no ownership.
Updates & support
Purchased resources include lifetime updates and support for the product bought. Updates are provided through the same delivery channel and remain governed by this Agreement.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach it — for example by redistributing a Script or bypassing escrow. On termination you must stop using and delete the affected resource. Sections on ownership and liability survive termination.
