These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AM Scripts website and the digital FiveM resources ("Scripts") offered through it. By browsing the site or purchasing a Script, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy our products.
Who we are
AM Scripts is a development studio that creates premium resources for FiveM servers. Payments and delivery are handled by Tebex Limited, our merchant of record. Where these Terms conflict with the Tebex checkout terms on a payment matter, the Tebex terms control for that transaction.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase. Some features authenticate through your CFX/FiveM account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Purchases & delivery
- Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency and are processed by Tebex.
- Scripts are digital goods delivered instantly via Tebex Keymaster after successful payment.
- Each purchase grants the rights described in our License Agreement — nothing more.
- You are responsible for any taxes not collected at checkout.
Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or publicly share a Script or its source.
- Remove, bypass, or tamper with escrow, licensing, or protection mechanisms.
- Reverse engineer escrowed code except where that right cannot be lawfully restricted.
- Use our resources for unlawful purposes or in violation of the FiveM / CFX terms.
Intellectual property
All Scripts, artwork, and site content are owned by AM Scripts or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. A purchase grants a license to use — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Updates & availability
Purchased Scripts include lifetime updates for the resource you bought. We may modify, deprecate, or discontinue a product, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or delivery infrastructure operated by third parties.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Scripts are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. AM Scripts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Script giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
