Refund Policy

Last updated — July 2026
Purchases are processed and fulfilled by Tebex Limited, our merchant of record. Tebex's checkout terms and payment-data handling apply in addition to this document — see tebex.io/terms.

Our Scripts are digital goods delivered instantly, which limits when refunds are possible. This policy explains what to expect. Because Tebex Limited is our merchant of record, refunds are ultimately processed by Tebex and subject to the Tebex checkout terms.

01

Nature of the product

Scripts are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods delivered via Keymaster the moment payment succeeds. Once a resource has been delivered to your account, it is generally considered "consumed" and is not refundable.

02

When a refund may be granted

  • A duplicate charge for the same product on the same account.
  • A product that was paid for but genuinely failed to deliver and cannot be delivered.
  • A material defect we are unable to resolve through a reasonable support effort.
03

When a refund will not be granted

  • The resource was delivered and downloaded or installed as described.
  • Change of mind, or buying the wrong framework version by mistake.
  • Requests based on features that were never advertised.
  • Requests after abusive chargeback activity.
04

How to request a refund

Open a support ticket in our Discord with your order reference before requesting a chargeback. We will review eligibility and, where appropriate, coordinate the refund through Tebex. Most issues are resolved fastest by letting support fix the underlying problem first.

05

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in the associated license being revoked and access to future purchases or support being restricted. Please talk to us first — we want to make it right.

06

Contact

Refund questions can be raised in our Discord. For matters that must be handled by the merchant of record, contact Tebex support.
